When you tell Atlantis about a project, we use what you share to respond to that inquiry. We do not sell or share your personal information.
Information you choose to share.
The request-a-site-visit form asks for your name, email address, phone number, and project details. Those details may include the kind of project you are considering, your location, timing, budget range, and anything else you add to the inquiry.
If you tap or click a phone link on the site, your device opens a call to Atlantis. We may receive the calling number your phone service provides, along with anything you choose to share during the conversation.
For your project inquiry, and nothing unrelated.
Information from the form or a phone call is used only to respond to and manage your project inquiry. That includes answering questions, arranging a site visit, and following up on the conversation you started.
The form uses an email delivery service to carry your request to the Atlantis studio. It also uses spam protection to screen out automated abuse. Those services process only the information needed to do that work.
The spam protection is Cloudflare Turnstile, which may run without a visible challenge. Its use is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Analytics is limited and only runs when enabled.
Google Analytics 4 loads only on the public production site, and only after you choose “Allow analytics” on the cookie banner. When it runs, it helps Atlantis understand how the site is used, such as the pages people visit, the type of device or browser in use, an approximate location, and interactions such as a completed inquiry or a phone-link click. Google Analytics 4 uses an IP address briefly for routing, coarse location, and spam detection, then discards the raw address after use. Atlantis receives IP-anonymized measurement data and does not receive or store raw IP addresses through Google Analytics 4. If you choose essential only, or make no choice, the site does not load Google Analytics 4.
The site may use two kinds of cookies. A preview-access cookie remembers that a browser has been allowed into a protected preview. When you allow analytics on the public production site, Google Analytics cookies help distinguish visits and measure site use. Your information is not for sale.
Atlantis does not sell or share your personal information. Limited service providers may process information on Atlantis's behalf only to deliver an inquiry, provide spam protection, or provide analytics when it is enabled. They do not receive it for their own marketing.
Inquiry records are kept as business records. This can include the submitted form, the delivered email, and notes from follow-up conversations. Because project conversations can span time, Atlantis does not promise a fixed automatic deletion date.
Access, deletion, and questions.
This site is intended for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. Atlantis does not knowingly ask children under 13 to submit personal information.
To ask what personal information Atlantis has about you, request deletion, or ask a privacy question, email info@atlantispoolsga.com or call (770) 833-9347. Atlantis will review the request and explain plainly if a record needs to remain part of its business files.
