The Batchelor Project in Roswell.
A COVID-era build on a massive lot, where the elevation change was the first problem to solve before anything else could be designed. What got built answers the scale of the challenge: an oversized pool with an automatic cover, a pool house pavilion, a fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, and a fire pit, laid out as one connected environment instead of a pool with additions around it.

Kelly and Bruce got the call mid-build: a homeowner unhappy with another contractor, a pool already half finished. Atlantis tore it out and started over. What had been planned as a small freeform pool became an elaborate linear modern design with a vanishing edge and a pool house, and the relationship with that family has continued for more than ten years since.

Why are some projects full stories and others just a name and a neighborhood?
Every homeowner decides separately whether to share their story publicly. The projects with full write-ups have given us permission to use their name and tell the build in detail. The rest are real projects waiting on new photos or a confirmed permission, and we'd rather list them honestly than invent detail to fill the gap.
Can I see a project near my own neighborhood?
