Three people. One practiced team.
Atlantis Pools is Bruce Todd, Kelly Jennings, and Juan. Bruce and Kelly stay with every project from the first site visit to the final walkthrough. Juan leads the hardscape craft. There are no account managers and no rotating project-management layer between you and them.
The people you meet are the people who stay.
Bruce reads the site and owns the construction. Kelly designs the backyard and manages the build. Juan leads the stonework, decking, and outdoor living craft.

Bruce Todd
Owner
Genesis School of Design Associate. More than thirty years building pools.

Kelly Jennings
Designer and Project Manager
Genesis School Associate, Certified Pool Builder, multiple PHTA Design Awards, twenty-two years in the industry.

Juan
Outdoor Living Specialist
Leads the hardscape and outdoor living craft.
Small enough to stay personal. Experienced enough to keep pace.
Atlantis completes forty to fifty pools a year, with roughly one new project beginning each week. Bruce and Kelly remain personally involved in every one. The pace comes from more than twenty years of working the same disciplined process together, not from adding layers between the homeowner and the work.

Design and construction never become separate conversations.
Bruce handles the on-site read and construction. Kelly designs the whole backyard and manages the project from the first conversation through the final walkthrough. They have worked together on every Atlantis project for more than twenty years.
Bruce is a Genesis School of Design Associate with more than thirty years of custom-pool experience. He still prefers being on site and on the machines to being a name that appears only on the contract.
Kelly is a Genesis School Associate and Certified Pool Builder with multiple PHTA Design Awards and twenty-two years in the industry. She runs the free design site visit herself, measuring elevations and setbacks before anything is drawn.
The people who read the lot are the people who walk the finished pool with you.

The backyard has to hold together beyond the waterline.
Juan is Atlantis's outdoor living specialist. He brings fifteen years in hardscape to the decking, stonework, fire features, and outdoor living spaces that complete each project.
The pavers underfoot, the outdoor kitchen counter, and the stone that ties the space together all need to look right and hold up for decades. Installation standards matter because an off-spec paver or stone system can crack, shift, or drain incorrectly within a few seasons.
Manufacturer certifications
Techo-Bloc, Belgard, Del Conca, Hardscapes.com, Porch Green, and Alliance Gator. Those credentials come from the companies that make the materials and verify the correct installation methods.
Meet Juan
Every pool Atlantis has ever built remains on the reference list.
A prospective client can ask to see that list and, in some cases, visit a past project with Kelly. It is a chance to speak with the people who live with the pool every day, not simply view the finished photograph.
Kelly calls the list the studio's proudest proof. A pool that is three, five, or ten years old is either holding up or it is not. Atlantis invites you to ask the people who would know.

Past clients come back when the next idea arrives.
Several Atlantis clients have returned for a second project, and some relationships continue for a decade or more. The Chadwell family in Roswell has maintained an ongoing relationship with Atlantis for more than ten years since the original build.
A homeowner who trusted Kelly's design once often calls again for the next chapter, whether that is a pool house, a renovation, or an outdoor kitchen added later. Repeat work and referrals show how the studio performs over time in a way that one finished photograph cannot.

Questions buyers ask about the Atlantis team.

More than twenty years, on every Atlantis project in that time.

Kelly will read the property with you, then she and Bruce will stay close to the project from design through handoff. You will know exactly who is carrying the work.
