Kelly leads the design on every Atlantis project, and two of the studio’s named feature builds carry her direct, permissioned story.
Chadwell, Roswell. Kelly was called in mid-build, after the homeowners had become unhappy with another contractor. She redesigned the half-built freeform pool into an elaborate linear-modern build with a vanishing edge and pool house. The relationship with that family has continued for more than ten years since.
Bitting, Acworth. A three-year design relationship with homeowners Thu and Kyle before construction began, described as a detail-obsessed collaboration from first sketch to final build.
