Bruce Todd builds the part of the project you can't see once the pool is finished.
Bruce Todd is the owner of Atlantis Pools & Spas, a Genesis School of Design Associate with more than thirty years of custom pool design experience. He handles the construction side of every Atlantis project, from the structural read of the site through the final walkthrough, and has worked alongside designer Kelly Jennings for more than twenty years.
Being a Genesis School of Design Associate is one of the advanced credentials very few builders in this market hold, and by his own account the part of the job Bruce loves most is being on site and on the machines. He is not a name on a contract who shows up for the sales meeting and disappears: he has taken many courses through Genesis over the years, spanning design, construction, and project management.

Bruce is on the construction side of every Atlantis project, including the studio’s feature builds like Batchelor in Roswell (a large-lot project with significant elevation challenges) and Chadwell in Roswell (a rescue build, taken over mid-construction from another contractor).
